A fictional worked example
Annual costs of 6,020 plus a 45,000 target salary spread over 138 sessions give a 369.7101 cost per session. Add 65 direct costs and 0.60 fixed fees: a 20% margin with 3% processing produces a modeled price of 565.3379.

Calculations checked in Apple Numbers 14.2 and LibreOffice Calc. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets have not been tested. Numbers does not enforce sheet protection: take care not to overwrite formulas. Use one currency throughout. No customization or ongoing-update service is included.
