Log up to 200 customer and pre-orders with item, due date, quantity, unit price, amount paid and status. The workbook calculates order totals and balances, a 14-day due-date summary, and a production list for one day. Incomplete rows are flagged.

Before you buy
Statuses: Open, Ready, Collected and Cancelled. Cancelled orders are excluded from active totals. Use consistent item names for the production list. No online payments, reminders or accounting integration. Your customer information stays in the file you use.
Calculation checks completed in Apple Numbers 14.2 and LibreOffice Calc. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets have not been tested. In Numbers, sheet protection is not enforced: take care not to overwrite formulas.
